Park Ridge, NJ — serving northern New Jersey NJ Electrical Contractor Lic. #34EB01762300

Electrical scope, from the service entrance to the last device.

Eight scopes we run in-house — no electrical subcontracting, no finger-pointing between trades. If your project touches power, we can carry it.

Tenant fit-outs

Landlord-side and tenant-side electrical for office, retail, restaurant, and medical suites.

A fit-out runs on someone else's clock. The landlord's base building, the tenant's opening date, and the GC's schedule all have to line up — and the electrical work is usually the last thing to start and the first thing blamed. We take the scope as a package: service coordination, lighting and power layout, low-voltage pathways, and the inspection that lets the tenant open.

  • Lighting & lighting controls
  • Power, data & device layout
  • Sub-panels & distribution
  • Fire alarm & low-voltage interface
  • Emergency & egress lighting
  • Landlord work-letter compliance
  • As-builts & closeout package
  • Inspection & CO support

New construction

Ground-up electrical from underground and service gear through distribution, devices, and commissioning.

On a ground-up job the electrical contractor is either ahead of the schedule or behind it — there's no middle. We get into the drawings early, release gear with enough lead time, and stay on top of the utility so the service is energized when the building is ready for it, not three weeks after.

  • Underground & site conduit
  • Temporary power & site lighting
  • Service entrance & switchgear
  • Distribution, risers & panel schedules
  • Feeders & branch wiring
  • Fixture & device installation
  • Utility coordination & energization
  • Testing, commissioning & punch list

Renovations & upgrades

Panel and service upgrades, re-feeds, and phased rewiring in occupied buildings.

Upgrades are the hardest work in the trade because the building is still open for business. We plan the changeover in phases, pull temporary power where it's needed, and schedule the shutdown for the hours that cost you the least — then leave with the panel schedules updated and labeled.

  • Service & panel upgrades
  • Re-feeds & riser replacement
  • Legacy wiring removal
  • After-hours & phased shutdowns
  • Temporary power during changeover
  • Load calculations & capacity studies
  • Utility coordination for service changes
  • Inspection & sign-off

Industrial & plant power

Motor controls, VFDs, machine feeds, switchgear, and power distribution for production floors.

Production doesn't pause for a contractor. Industrial work means working around live equipment, coordinating outages with plant management, and understanding that a bad termination isn't an inconvenience — it's a stopped line. We come in with the drawings, the lockout plan, and the testing paperwork.

  • Motor control centers & starters
  • VFDs & soft starts
  • Machine & process feeds
  • Switchgear, transformers & bus
  • Control wiring & PLC interface
  • Power quality & harmonic checks
  • Infrared scanning & thermography
  • Shutdown & lockout/tagout planning

Service & repair

Troubleshooting, emergency response, infrared scanning, and preventive maintenance programs.

Service work is where a contractor's real habits show. We troubleshoot instead of guessing, write down what we found, and quote the repair before we do it. For property managers and facility teams we set up a maintenance program so the same failure doesn't come back every summer.

  • Fault finding & troubleshooting
  • Panel, breaker & device replacement
  • Infrared thermal scanning
  • Preventive maintenance programs
  • Lighting maintenance & retrofits
  • Emergency & exit lighting
  • Power quality & voltage checks
  • Written findings & repair quotes

Site & exterior lighting

Parking lot and building lighting, poles, controls, photocells, and LED retrofits with rebate paperwork.

Site lighting is a liability issue before it's an aesthetic one. Dark corners get noticed by tenants, insurers, and lawyers. We replace poles and heads, fix the circuits that were run badly the first time, and put the controls on a schedule that actually holds — including the utility rebate paperwork on LED retrofits.

  • Parking lot & site pole lighting
  • Pole & fixture replacement
  • LED retrofits
  • Lighting controls & photocells
  • Parking structure lighting
  • Facade & sign lighting
  • Utility rebate documentation
  • Photometric layout coordination

EV charging

Level 2 and DCFC installation, load management, utility coordination, and networked charging.

EV charging is an electrical problem wearing a technology costume. The equipment is the easy part — the work is the service capacity, the utility timeline, the load management that keeps you from paying for a bigger service than you need, and the commissioning that proves every port is actually talking to the network.

  • Level 2 & DCFC installation
  • Load calculations & load management
  • Service upgrades & utility coordination
  • Pedestal & wall-mount installs
  • Networked charging & back-end
  • ADA & site-plan coordination
  • Conduit, trenching & bollards
  • Commissioning & network activation

Battery storage & energy management

Battery storage, submetering, lighting controls, and demand-reduction work that pays back.

Storage and controls only make sense when someone has done the math on the utility bill first. We start with the load profile, then size the system, then handle the interconnection, separation, and ventilation requirements that decide whether it passes inspection. The goal is a system that earns its cost, not one that photographs well.

  • Battery energy storage systems
  • Transfer switches & paralleling gear
  • Utility interconnection
  • Separation & ventilation requirements
  • Submetering & power monitoring
  • Lighting & HVAC controls
  • Demand-reduction planning
  • Commissioning & owner training
